Few, if any, Ferris wheels offer the kind of views that Coca-Cola London Eye does. At a height of 135 m (443 ft), this is the tallest Ferris wheel in Europe and one of the tallest in the world. Ever since its completion in 1999, the Eye has provided one of the highest vantage points in London. On a clear day, you can see across London, with the Thames River, Big Ben, and Parliament sitting directly below you. Each of the 32 sealed, air-conditioned ovoid capsule can hold up to 25 passengers, though you can also reserve an entire capsule for yourself and your companions for an extra fee. Purchase your tickets online to save on the price of admission and to avoid waiting in line when you arrive. Try not to book too far ahead, though, because there's no guaranteeing the sun will shine on your chosen date. Put Coca-Cola London Eye on your schedule, and learn what else deserves a visit by using our London trip itinerary planning tool.

  • Bought tickets in advance. Be prepared for a crazy-crowded-seagull-filled experience. It was lightly raining but that didn't ruin the experience or the views. Wonderful.

  • Fantastic staff and attraction. Very convenient location and easy access. This is a very busy area, but it is well signed and easy to navigate. There are many services on site and you can enjoy the surroundings before and after the ride. The ride itself is fantastic and offers wonderful views of London - especially if you are a picture taker. The pricing is reasonable and you can also bundle with other attractions. We did find this a bit confusing, until we were helped by a friendly staff member. Well worth the time and cost. Amazing views of London especially the views from the top! Completely enjoyed the flight
  • Fantastic experience. Amazing views of River Thames, houses of parliament etc. Special birthday occasion for my lovely husband! we thoroughly enjoyed the ride. Bought tickets on line, didn't queue for long. The pods get pretty full up but people tend to move around so you can all take pictures from every angle. Highly recommend.

You do have to watch times as they gave us a tight connection to the next attraction - no worries though as there was a wait time there. Well worth the time and cost
  • Superb experience. The wheel turns very slowly so that you have plenty time to look around & take pictures. The cabins weren't too crowded either. Wonderful view of Big Ben & Parliament and also the city in general. You can also have your photo taken for money if you like, watch out for the announcement to the end of the trip. There are photo spots inside the cabin.
  • It's awesome to get free entry with being a Merlin Pass holder and getting up to 50% off tickets for friends and family was also a bonus. To also have the benefit of having the fast track to get on the attraction just saved even more time. If anyone out there loves attractions owned and run by Merlin Entertainments, get yourself a pass and go whenever you please. If you want a pass with no blackout dates, I'd recommend the Platinum Pass so you can visit all Merlin attractions all year long. Looking forward to more visits over the summer.
