  • Great park for all ages, very peaceful, children's area but also quiet areas just to relax and enjoy the views f The Thanks. A little coffee shop for snacks, which could be a gold mine if up-graded!  more »

  • The best park in my humble opinion i have ever been to. Especially the one where vegetables, apples and pears grow. Quiet, beautiful, small and cozy. Isolated from the road, thus, i suspect there is minimal emissions in the air in the park. Great place for inspiration, search of new ideas and thoughts. Very family friendly as well. Highly recommend it!
  • We were used to come for a evening walk here. A lovely place to relax. Well maintained. A Good place to watch the London Boat Race live.
  • A great local park. Really good play area for children as well as grassy areas for just relaxing or walking you dog. Nearby Fulham palace has a decent cafe. The cafe in park is adequate but better coffee and food available just up the road. A farmer's market every other Sunday has some good good but a bit pricey and not overly large.
  • Very nice park for many different sport activities and good place for long walk around the river. They have farm market where you can buy good food or you can eat ready cooked food direct from the country provides. Many benches along the river under the big maybe 200 years all trees facing to the south side of the river.
  • Nice flat course for Fulham Palace parkrun. Popular with joggers, dog walkers and kids. Lovely views of the river.

Where to stay in London

Many of London's main attractions are spread out, so nearby public transportation is key. There is no downtown area as such in London, and some of the least expensive hotels have more convenient access to tourist sites than the costlier ones. For a quintessential London experience, consider staying in the West End. This part of town offers excellent theaters, historical sites, and eating and shopping options for every taste. Lodging won’t be cheap, but you’ll have the colorful variety of London life right at your doorstep. Look at Notting Hill or Chelsea for charming and less expensive boutique hotels and B&Bs.
