It was built in 2003 to commemorate the 102000 dead Australian in the two world wars. The work consists of a curved wall, which was made from Australian granite. • Makes me proud to see Australia being honoured like this
  • Great place to visit.
  • Profoundly moving to all Australians, so far from home.
  • Beautiful memorial.
  • Amazing memorial using names in different colours to spell out locations of battle. Get up close to this optical trick.
