  • Great casino with well trained staff. I loved their restaurant which is open til 4am, surprisingly good food and steak though. Black jack tables are super crowded.. as well as roulette!  more »

  • Where do I begin. I'll begin with me. I have gambled in many casinos over many years and have never encountered any problems until I started going to the Aspers casino in Stratford. They treat regulars very bad. If you're thinking about becoming a regular, think again. The staff there hate regulars, you can almost sense it in the atmosphere. Even though it's the regulars that keep the place running. ' The waitresses are stuck up, they hoover around drunk players who are more likely to tip them more money. They despise regular punters, they look down on gamblers who tip 50p or £1 even though you could be doing that three times in a visit, so if you went there say 5 days a week you'd be spending over £12 just on tips. It's become so bad you just can't get served. The other day I asked a waitress for service, I had £1 ready to tip her, she said she would come back to me, she was dropping off some drinks, after she did this she passed me on the way to the kitchen behind the reception but didn't take my order. When she appeared, I asked her to take my order again. She said she would return. She didn't and then the next two times she passed me, she turned her head away from me. I left the casino because I couldn’t get a drink and I wanted to carry on playing, but without service there’s no point. The problem with the waiting staff is the ones that have been there the longest influence the new ones not so serve regulars. They prefer to serve people that are drunk, people that might only visit there 2 or 3 times a year or maybe only once. But this is bad for the casino because I have stopped going there now, and I know of other regulars that have stopped going there too. The security are not there for your safety, they are there to protect the casino. So, if there is any issue while on their property you have no protection. If something is stolen from you or your bag they will not investigate. Even though they have hundreds of cameras. So be careful if you go there because it's not a safe place with so many pick pockets and gangs walking about looking to steal mobile phones and handbags etc. Also, most of the security staff are rude and rough looking and don't respect customers and are basically a law unto themselves. God forbid you get in trouble with them or there is a misunderstanding they will mishandle you and they are bullies a bit like bouncers in the 1980s. Some of them find it hard to smile. I don't have a clue why the casino employs rude security staff like this; maybe it's because the management are rude so like to employ other rude staff. Most of the staff as I wrote have a bitter expression on their faces as if you the customer have done something wrong save you're paying their wages indirectly. The management is dreadful. The pit bosses and table supervisors look like they don't want to be there. Some of them lash out at customers. I have witnessed some dealers laughing at players when they lose, they mock them. This is really very bad. I've never seen this in other casinos so much, that blatant. As I wrote I've been gambling in casinos for years and not just in the UK. By the way I have never been banned from any casinos and always play by the rules. In Aspers, you can be told off for doing nothing wrong and then when you try to explain you've not done anything wrong they become nasty and abusive. I would not recommend Aspers to anyone thinking of becoming a regular. I don't see them changing their ways anytime soon. And it's only going to get worse, the service is very bad. The staff are arrogant and plot against you. If you're a new face and splash the cash both losing on tables and tipping they will love you and treat you better as you lose. But if you win money and don't tip so much they will treat you like scum. Aspers casino restaurant food is the worst of all casino restaurants I've tasted. Aspers casino head office need to replace of 3/4 of staff.
  • Massive casino with an entire Westfield floor full of live tables, slot machines and much more. There is also a bar and a restaurant in the casino. The bar is open 24/7. There is also a terrace for the smokers, so you don't have to go up and down the elevator for a cig. I would recommend this casino, it's an experience worthwhile. There is room for improvement still but I think it is in a good state
  • Always a nice place to play poker and the other tables. Staff are friendly. You have to pay parking tho! It's carried on stay from But can be up to £12
  • Nice casino, friendly staff, plenty of game tables and slots. They give a lot of perks with the Aspers membership card. I'm not giving a 5 star because once I was wearing sportswear (as a lot of people do during the weekend to go shopping) and the dresscode was - no sportswear - at 6PM Saturday. Guys.. really? Analyse a little bit more your targets. Since you are located in a shopping centre, it doesn't make sense. From 8PM ok.. I would understand, but 6PM?
  • Have visited on several occasions and have always had positive experiences. I have sometimes just visited for use of the lovely cocktail bar.
