  • I was told to leave from Aspers because they'd received "complaints about me". I am female. Heterosexual. Spoke with a couple of female friends on the balcony. Nobody else. Didn't have an argument at all and wasn't intoxicated. Head of security lied that someone had complained about me. I believe I was told to leave due to my colour. I didn't say or do anything to warrant ejection. I will never go back to this establishment again.
  • Sky bar was awful. They are not licensed for glass so cannot serve out of real glasses or even give you a bottle of wine to take to your table - we waited 10 minutes for the barman to find a plans jug for us, only to be told there were none and we'd have to take 4 plastic glasses of wine back to our table. All of this after we'd spent ages waiting at the bar to be served. High end prices at very low end service. Not recommended.
  • Worst Cazino I have been. I went twice and both times I won but the staff were so rude including the manager! When I asked manager why you only have one woman at the till he said to me "is that not wat cazinos do? Make you go back to the machines and waste your money so we like the queues. It was my turn to wave my thousand pound profile over his face and walk away 😛
  • I used the aspers casino and one time I withdrew money with my card at the cash desk to which my transaction was successful but they failed to withdraw the money in my account and was later spent due to me not realising I was spending money that was gonna soon vanish from my account (purchases outside of the casino as this mistake of theirs was made at Christmas time!) LATER on they've taken the money when my account was empty due to myself being laid off from my job and them noticing THEIR MISTAKE and left me in severe unauthorised overdraft and refused point blank to deal with the problem in any other way other than leaving me in the position of being ruthlessly charged constantly for the overdraft on my account! They're a poorly run business and I advise customers to be careful when performing bank transactions in this casino.
  • Despite being one of the least busiest bars in the area and priciest, for many months the service has been beyond slow and poor. Slow service is one thing, but not being able to know who is next in a line of 3 or 4? And simply serving the loudest when there is only max 6 different parties. On this day, bar staff Jana really let the whole place down whilst the other member of staff, I'm guessing the manager struggled to keep up with everyone else. How is something relatively so simple go so wrong?
