  • Excellent couple of hours on the river. 12 of us on a group trip had a great time. I thought in February it would be effing freezing and miserable but the wet suits work surprisingly well and it wasn't cold at all. The boards are surprisingly stable making it quite difficult to push people off. Even saw a seal IN THE THAMES! Also well planned going downstream at the start and then coming back when the tide comes in, so it's not hard work.
  • Really fun evening of stand up paddle with Sam! We started at Putney and went down to Kew with our stuff in a dry bag safely on the instructor's board. Great fun for beginners and more experienced people, the boards felt very stable. Sam pointed out all the sites and told us about the wildlife of the river and then we got a train back into London 2 minutes walk from where we ended in Kew. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something a bit different to do outdoors!
  • I had been looking for a fun and physical day out for my team at work and decided to have a group SUP experience. What a fun day, everyone really enjoyed it. We had smiles on our faces the entire time and got a little bit of a work out :) The team at Active 360 were super helpful and made it accessible for everyone. Definitely will do it again! A big thumbs up from the team at yogahaven
  • Great visit to Paddington last Friday with a group of 7 from work for paddle boarding. Excellent service before and during and easy arrangement on arrival. Fantastic guide Sam and great experience going around the basin and Grand Canal. Not as hard as some might think either! Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys
  • Booked 3 hour trip for my fiancĂ©'s birthday and it was really fun. The instructors were really friendly and attentive. I am terrified of water but the paddle boards were a lot more stable that I expected. Will be back soon. Special thanks to Sam for such an great experience.
