Loch Katrine, Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park

(550+ reviews on the web)
Water Body Nature / Park
Located in the specular district of Sterling, Loch Katrine offers plenty of activities for visitors. Take a ride on the steamship Sir Walter Scott, a local landmark for the past 100 years, or the more modern craft, "The Lady of the Lake." Rent a bicycle and bring it on either boat if you’d like to cycle on your return journey. Cycle space on the boats is limited and must be booked in advance. If you prefer a more leisurely experience, walk along the loch's shores and explore the area on foot, then relax with a drink in Brenachoile cafe while enjoying the views from the comfort of the bar.
