A site where the most fashionable Victorians once promenaded to the accompaniment of Jules Rivière's orchestra, Llandudno Pier is still frequently used as a set for period pieces. The pier has two entrances, the North Parade and the original entrance off Happy Valley Road. These entrances are split by the Grand Hotel, which looks out over the water and the pier. A stroll down the pier will reward you with views and a look at the exquisitely crafted ironwork balustrade. Stalls with shops and snacks line the pier, and occasionally a historic ship docks at the end. For travelers who use our custom trip planner, Llandudno holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Llandudno Pier and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

Great pier. Really lively, lots of small shops selling the usual souvenirs and refreshments. Big wheel near the prom, punch and Judy and arcades. Lovely views out to sea and Llandudno seafront. We even saw jellyfish in the gorgeous clear water. Highly recommended!

This was near perfect. Llandudno is such a beautiful place that coupled with the right weather it will remain in your hearts forever. There are many good food spots on the pier . Particularly liked the fish and chips. It was not overcrowded, but there were enough tourists to make it a jolly affair. Walking up and down the pier through the wind has such a calming effect on us.

Amazing bit of Victorian engineering. Always a pleasure to see and stroll along, a real trip down memory lane visiting the pier. Beautiful at night with the sea front all lit up. A great place to grab a coffee and sit for a while.

Originally built in the late 1800s (burnt down 1994 and rebuilt), the Pier is a delightful and quaint throwback to Victorian days with its design of its vendor stalls and architectural structure. There's an amusement arcade etc and a nice place to enjoy a walk and sea breeze while sipping on a milkshake.

Very beautiful place. It was a wonderful friends trip. It was a windy day. I felt as I am flying like a feather. The Giant Wheel ride was amazing. Also, the rolls Ice cream was too yummy. We played at the beach like kids. The changing rooms were also clean 4/5.
