  • Great castle / experience. We walked up to the house first and sent a good hour in there looking at all the rooms, there were free tours available with guides, and audio tours too. We then went to loo...  more »

  • Excellent day out. The house and park staff were all exceptionally friendly and laid back - the hand-on approach at the house is a real hit with the kids. Food selection good. Good for both wet and dry days. The castle walls are largely intact and climbing them offers great views of the Towy Valley.
  • I had a great half day out here with the partner and dog. There is a lovely scenic walk through the woods leading up into the castle grounds. We packed a small picnic in which we enjoyed whilst seated on one of the few benches situated just outside the castle with a lovely view of the town below.
  • A great place to spend some nice time with family.
  • Free entry if you know the way from Llandeilo bridge
  • Awesome castle with great views across the Tywi valley.
