  • The museums in Liverpool are free of charge. The building itself is wonderful, with lots of paintings from all eras xx really relaxing and informative
  • Located on William brown street.. 5 minute walk through the St John's gardens from the Queen's square bus station and the lime Street station .. The museum is free to public entry but if there is a special exhibition going on and you wish to see it too, the tickets for it can be purchased at the counter below.. Has a beautiful sculpture gallery and wonderful paintings by pre Raphaelites ... Takes at least 1 to 1.3 hours to see the whole at a glance..

  • Housed in a Victorian building, this contains impressive pieces from 12th century onwards. Very welcoming with knowledgeable guides conducting regular free tour.
