  • Very pleasant experience. Quiet museum with an eclectic collection. You can take the whole place in in about two hours max. Some old maps of Liverpool; some illustrations by a pioneer in the field of realistic nature studies; a ceramic collection; a sculpture collection (small sculptures) the history of the founders of the University with a focus on the physicians; a dentistry exhibit and a very modern exhibition of particle physics. The real star though is the building itself. Beautiful architecture with exquisite tiled decoration throughout.
  • The cafe here is great and it is one of the original redbrick buildings. It looks great from the outside and is very iconic for the University.
  • A great visit. This is a museum and gallery run by Liverpool University. It has exhibitions on particle physics and the history of the university. The location and building are also breathtaking.
