  • On arrival, it was slow going to get in as there was a queue and the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. My little boy was getting frustrated as he could see all the fun stuff but couldn't...  more »

  • My children enjoyed their time in there especially on the mega slide. The good were nice and the prices are reasonable. We will return here again possibly for a birthday party
  • This place is great for kids. Multi-tiered soft play, it's safe, & secure to play for kids upto 12 years old, with play zones for babies, toddlers and juniors. It is one of the largest play centres in the Northwest with the tallest four lane humped Slide! There is also a near vertical racing Slide. I have been here many times with the kids to play. With drinks, & food served everyone is happy.
  • It loses 3 stars because it was so dirty. I went this morning, was the second person in with a baby and the mirrors were filthy in the baby play area, there were food remains (looked like quavers) in the soft play baby section, so much dirt, lots of fluff around the edges. It really isn't clean, looks like perhaps a quick surface wipe but it should be deep cleaned regularly. Obviously they haven't done it in a while. Also the bit under the toddler slide (it's a void) is so dusty it would not be a good place to take someone with asthma onset by dust. It also had some smelly places near the sensory room like the material was washed with dirty water. I did like the facilities though. Nice sensory room and ball pool for baby. Clean it often and thoroughly and it will be much better.
  • We had invited some of my daughter's classmates to go with us so they could play together as we are moving houses and thought it would be nice for the children to play together one last time before we leave. We have been here a few times before and although the children have enjoyed themselves in the past we have always found for the adults things to be little average. This time the children again enjoyed themselves but the food and drinks that were served were awful. It took ages for the food to be brought and some of the party couldn't eat as it took so long that even though it was ordered at 4:30 it still hadn't arrived to their table by 6pm, when a refund was given. Another parent was charged for something he hadn't purchased by the staff and when they went to get their money back or look for the manager ( who hid in the kitchen ) he was accused of being aggressive and told that the police would be called. I don't think I have seen such terrible service from staff anywhere. Then as we leave I watch and hear the manager standing there talking to the other staff about the complaint and making it far worse than it was. I wasn't even the person that complained or asked for a refund but the whole evening was quite frankly ridiculous and not cheap as I alone spent over £30 for entrance and food for us and we took over 20 people with us. When we entered there was just a small party in for a 1 year old so we at least double the number of people in there. A lot of us will never go again and I would advise going to one of the other soft play centres in the area.
  • Should have known! Half term...we took a toddler. Much older kids racing in and out knocking little ones over. Parents oblivious! Staff came round once in 2 hours and told the older ones to keep to their play areas. Cost 8 pound. Its a rip off for babies!
