  • nice little place although lots was closed due to weather or maintenance, very friendly staff and good selection of animals, the kids loved it.
  • We visited with our grown up children aged 15 to 23 with low expectations. We were very pleasantly surprised they loved it they were calling us over to look at each animal as though 5 year olds again....  more »
  • Great for little children, lovely little cafe, some animals interactive plus just big enough to get around with smaller children

  • Could spend many hours here. Lovely setting and getting up close to the animals kids loved it. Definitely worth another visit
  • Spent a very enjoyable few hours with the family for £30 so good value compared with many other attractions. Really enjoyed how close you are able to get to the animals compared with many larger wildlife parks. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.
  • Had a lovely time at the park. We spent over 4 hours there and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We especially enjoyed the cockatoo. If you go spend some time with him playing with the rocks. He's such a cutie we wanted to take him home
  • Had a lovely afternoon with the children.A lovely privately owned sanctuary where the animals are well cared for and at the same time very accessible, was almost put off visiting by some negative reviews but we all went away happy.
  • I do not understand the negative reviews! Today we took our 2 year old grandson and he had a fabulous time. It took us 2 1/2 hours (including forest walk) to see everything. We were advised not to just walk around entry complex on arrival by the staff. The conditions the animals are kept in looked superb. You would never get the interaction (feeding) our little 2 year old had in a zoo visit. We have almost 50 fabulous photo's of him feeding by hand everything from peacocks to deer and goats. I would rate this sanctuary 10 out 10 for value for money.
