  • Visited during the Summer of Imagination which was a delight. Our little boy had a wonderful time exploring the grounds, hunting for dragons and planting his wishing flag. Looking forward to more events like this in future.
  • Only visited the cafe and shops this time as my wife an I 'did' the house and gardens last year. The Farm Shop is very interesting and had good supplies of all sorts of interesting foodstuffs. The cafe/restaurant was not very busy when we we visited and we found an empty table easily. There was a good selection on the menu and not too expensive either. The service was good and the food excellent being both plentiful and hot. Overall an interesting place to visit even without the house and gardens.
  • I was taken here for afternoon tea as one of the activities for my hen do and it was amazing! The afternoon tea was gorgeous and they were very accomadating to individuals with dietary requirements. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the restaurant felt very upmarket and posh to me, but the price was still very reasonable. Would definitely go again :)
  • Visited the tearoom for breakfast. Excellent quality of ingredients perfectly cooked. Staff helpful. Busy but not unpleasantly so. Will go again.
  • Very good for chidren lots of things to do. Cafe was good and staff very helpful. Efficent and nice food.
