  • A lovely park that I have been to for over 20 years. Something for all the family, and you don't even need to spend a penny !
  • Folly Cafe is The Best breakfast ever. Friendly staff and opens early even on a Sunday. A must if your in the park.
  • Excellent for dog walking, picnics, and history a good cheap day out with or without children as the small petting animal section is great. Informative gardening section as well and the cafe was excel...  more »

  • This park is brilliant! It has a bit of everything including a small duck pond plenty of open space a very well equipped play area, places to explore and a miniature railway. The main gates have been updated for the beginning of the year and the carpark is much improved. Definitely worth a visit! Take the family and a picnic.
  • Great open grass areas, good amount of parking ( including the overflow on the grass/ rubber area!) Enough little stores and shops to keep interest as you walk round. The little choco cafe is worth a visit, as is the walled garden which has fresh produce for sale and a small animal attraction.
  • Fantasic open space for dogs (some spaces are lead only around Wprden Hall and the Walled Gardens) and children alike. Free parking and children parks. Local sunday league football pitches, refreshments, and a Maze.
  • Best park in the area, well maintained and lots of open space. On Sundays t the local Rail enthusiasts bring their steam engines and ride them round the park railway track, offering a ride to young and old alike for small donations. Great fun especially for the kids. There is a large play Park and ice cream Hut etc
  • A very large Park with disabled parking and access to most areas. There is also a playground area for children of all ages. I recommend navigating the hedge maze; it was a very enjoyable experience. There is also water available in a cubicle in the car park; here you can wash hands, shoes, dogs or get drinking water for the dogs.
