Where to stay in Leicester

A B&B near Leicester Clock Tower is within walking distance of the main attractions. Charming architecture surrounds the clock tower square and makes a lovely backdrop to walking tours of the city. For a luxury hotel, consider staying in a renovated Victorian building on the outskirts of the city center.

  • Visited as an away fan for Leicester v Bournemouth. This is a pretty nice stadium. Good space under the stands for a drink or a bite to eat. Food and beer were pretty good as well. As the picture shows its a bowl shape so there's actually a good atmosphere. Away fans are all in one corner so means you can generate a huge amount of noise as well.
  • Home of the erstwhile unlikely champions, as with most football grounds you'll likely queue for a pint or a pie or a pee on mtachdays, but good view from all angles. Also a decent place for conferences and events.
  • Nice facilities as you would expect from a top flight football ground. Great catering and bar staff.
  • Really disappointed by this tour. Been on others which are so much better. Was not given hardly any history of the club and it's successes and trials and tribulations over the years. Only seemed to really tell us about the history of the last three years, surely there is more to Leicester than three years.
  • Great atmosphere at every game! Lage areas under the stands to get refreshments and a good size store for souvenirs aswell
