  • Always choose this venue as it's one of the biggest and definately one of the cleanest soft play areas I take my children food is fair priced the platters are huge and staff are helpful:)  more »

  • I only went as my kids were invited to a party. No instructions from a host. No host at all for that matter until the food time. Host at food time very unhygienic. Was handling food as well as cleaning her shoes 🤔 No drinks at the table. My kids ended up having my Juice which I had brought it. Very dated. Very cramped. I most defiantly won't be returning
  • Too busy. Too small. Too expensive. Food too slow. When you pay that much money to get in you at least expect to find a table or a chair. I spent 20 mins sitting on the carpet. Food waiting times are ridiculous, at least children had fun. I believe you might be better off choosing a different place like 360 or Fun Valley.
  • Awful!! Staff rude and unhelpful, refused point blank to change my curly fries to straight fries even thou there would have been no difference in cooking time etc, charged me an extra 50p for beans cause I didn't want peas. Food had bits all over it so the deep fat frier obviously hadn't had new oil in I don't know how long. No interaction from the staff, I asked for a tea spoon and they didn't even know what I was talking about. The place was empty, you would think they would do what they can to keep what little customer they've got in. Overall, I can see why they were shut down and I won't be returning. Overpriced and extremely rude.
  • very quiet, kids loved it, although they were a bit gutted about the lack of mice 😘
  • Terrible. Went there yesterday, couldnt stay as child was getting absolutely freezing! They had no hot water according to staff, couldnt serve warm drinks and had no heating. Tills were down so they couldnt give change. Smell of petrol which was apparently for their heating. Surely should not open if they have no hot water, how do the staff serving food wash their hands? Hygeine was reason they got shut down last time. Will never go again.
