  • I can probably understand why some people find this venue expensive, however there's plenty more to do here then other soft play areas. We paid for the full whack which included the trampolines, laser quest and the equivalent of bumper cars. So couldn't really complain as I can imagine all of those individually at different venues would be far more costly compared to here. Food would probably need improvement, otherwise can't complain much. Definitely would be back.
  • Awful party experience, original party cancelled as trampolining out of commission. with one weeks notice had very little choice to take up offer of soft play. Double booked so advised our food wouldn't be on time, leaving me to complain as people had other things to do and this was eventually sorted by the other party being evicted from the room. Add insult to injury the proprietor ( can only assume i=as he wouldn't give me his name) tried to charge me extra for additional children whom had paid on entry. When rebuffed he did apologise and suggested to me these things happen. To sum up the pace is not particularly keen, there are "no needles" signs on the toilets (disturbing). The owners have little or no interest in customer service and I wouldn't set foot in the door again
  • Pros: good location and convenient! good quality food. Cons: Overpriced for a 1-2 year old due to only limited activities for them. Safety issues: Big slides need to be watched to stop one to run on it or clime from negative direction. Sitting at the back of the hall with a strong smell of the petrol.
  • Un hygienic will never send my kids there again I needed a shower when I got home from there errrrrrrr
  • Been coming for a while but the food and drinks have now started to become expensive where the other venue is allot cheaper. I've noticed it doesn't to seem to be as busy anymore so I'm guessing the fact a slush puppy costs £3.50 and food £3.95 and drinks have gone up I won't be coming anymore due to the cost of drinks . Food is silly really my daughter likes wedges not chips or curly fries shouldn't there be a choice between what kids want! I had to pay extra for wedges rather than chips or curly fries because apparently wedges ant on the kids menue! That's beyond me as the veg there's a massive choice
