  • Great history and interactive free activities for the kids. Younger kids will love seeing exactly how things flush down a toilet. The old vintage pumping station is an amazing piece of engineering history.
  • Great displays of industrial engineering and victorian expertise added with a visit to the nearby space centre you see both ends of the spectrum.
  • Fascinating pumping station with many other exhibits reflecting many aspects of engineering - definitely worth a visit.
  • Fantastic learning experience for kids. Pumping station can be seen in action. It also has a museum style display of how things used to work in olden days.
  • Very interesting, beautifully preserved engine and a wealth of industrial heritage information. Well worth a visit and it's free entry!
