  • I think this is a great place. There was enough to keep our two and a bit years old grandson occupied all morning. The soft play area was really good, he enjoyed the bumper cars and the carousel and t...  more »

  • There is load to do for kids. It could do with a clean. Was there for over an hour, only saw one lady picking up things in the kida Supermarket, Pizza Parlour. There was a load of sand around the baby play as it was being walked in from the sand pit outside. We went to the Basildon one before, that's a lot better. They have a load if staff around cleaning picking up things.
  • It Was Awesome! If you ever have a birthday there, NEVER get a party there, just a day out
  • Quite expensive, £5 membership fee is just a way of making extra cash out of customers who are paying quite a lot already for entry, no discount give for the outdoor play area being closed, even on a sunny day. Staff on carousel just unclipped my 2years self belt and let her to get of horse by her self, but wouldn't let me in to help her. Health and safety in very lacking and the whole building and most of play equipment was dirty. 1 star as I can't give -10 stars.
  • It's a cold day, my young son needed to go out, and this place was nearby. Entry price was £6.95 for him, £3 for me and an addition £5 membership fee as "This is a members only club". Almost £15 for what always ends up being a short session at soft play in a retail park outside Leicester is clearly extortionate: this isn't Harrods. Also the members only shtick is insulting: this isn't David Lloyd. Look elsewhere. I hear the place at King Power is more reasonable. I'm in the park now and we are both dressed up nice and warm. Much better.
  • Ok, big play area but gets dirty as staff struggle to tidy up during busy hours, very expensive to get in.
