  • Good Range of shops on offer, Nice layout with plenty to see. Perfect place to find that special gift for someone who has everything. Good range of food and drink on offer at establishments. Free car park is great and has plenty of spaces, Shops can get very busy at peak times.
  • The Good > Your shopping centre is generally clean and tidy with a good choice of shopping outlets. The Not so Good > That said this is let down by the system you have incorporated into your upstairs food hall. The system to only allow a person to consume specific food in a specific area only works if a single person is eating alone or a group of people are eating from the same food outlet. I think it's reasonable to say this does not always occur when choosing what to eat. To refuse entry to a family with children as an example as they are eating different sourced meals is not providing a good customer experience at all. Review left on Trip Advisor also. Trinity Kitchen in the Leeds Trinity Centre do not incorporate this type of draconian system and neither did the Leeds Whiterose. I sincerely hope this is raised in your next management meeting.
  • A good sized shopping centre with Debenham's at one end and Sainsbury's at the other. The shops are mostly on the ground floor but there is a first floor 'Balcony' area with a food court, first floor access to some department stores, and some additional shops. As at Nov 2016 Then White Rose Shopping Centre is expanding. There are some building works happening beyond the food court. This is reducing the parking spaces but not the shopping experience.
  • Parking was free but limited, good selection of shops would be better with a man cave for when he's had enough and she is only half done
