  • We enjoyed the course but felt a little vulnerable walking through the seemingly many woods between greens and tees. It was a bit untidy I'm placed too.

  • Good set up, with lots of choice and run by a knowledgeable bunch of people. Best wishes to all involved.
  • Massive disappointment - I always say it as I see it, no bull. This course is rubbish. The fairways (if you can call them that) are more like a school playing field! Full of dandelions, weeds, mud etc. Just really poor and scruffy. The Greens......well....not awful, but not good. Nobody repairs ball marks so the ball jumps all over the place when putting. Me and my playing partner were amazed at how the ball would jump left, then right, then go straight for the hole.....and take a detour at 45 degrees to miss at the last second!! The back 9 is noticeably better but still not at all impressive. I know it's "only" £15 for a round on weekends, but that is £15 much better spent on something else. Also I really don't like to look around and see everyone playing in jeans and trainers etc. It's just not golf. There are plenty of empty beer cans knocking about too, lovely. I did not see any sign of the groundsman, or green keepers etc. If it was £5 a round, I would play again literally just to practice different aspects of my game. As it is not £5, I will not be playing this course again, ever.
