Once a place for only the wealthy to appreciate, Leamington Spa's Jephson Gardens sits near the center of town and is a local favorite. Existing since 1834, this park extends for 5.9 hectares (14.6 acres), providing plenty of space for you to stroll among the flower displays. Take in the park's tranquility while relaxing in the Aviary Cafe, located in a restored tea pavilion. Feed the ducks on the lake or rent a boat and explore the neighboring River Leam. Be sure to see the "Glasshouse," a multi-temperature zone growing different plant species, and the stone sculptures within. • An abundance of beautiful trees, lovely flowers all year long, large open areas, coffee shop, water features and a lovely river make this one of the nicest places in Leamington. It even has its own botanical garden and restaurant. The council do a fabulous job making Jephson Gardens a place Leamingtonions can be proud of.
  • This is one of my favourite parks. There's a weir, several water features, lots of seating, an art studio, greenhouse and lots of land to walk around. Great for a walk on a Sunday afternoon with the sun out!
  • Really nice gardens. Some areas with lots of plants and flowers. Some open grass. You can hire boats on the river. Bands often play there at weekends and they do plays in the summer.
  • Jephson Gardens is just lovely, a big space with interesting walks and a hot house too! Just a shame that when we were there on hot Sunday afternoon, they had decided to not open the public toilets!
  • Pretty gardens that are exceptionally well kept. Good place for a run.
