A gem in a village of gems, Little Hall Lavenham dates from the 15th century and sits quietly in one corner of the town's market square. Built as a family home, the building was enlarged and improved over the subsequent centuries--by the 1700s, it provided living space for six families. Restored in the 1920s, the house mirrors the town's history and offers a glimpse into domestic medieval life. • The inspiration for Harry Potter's Godrics Hollow
  • What a brilliant museum with a huge amount of history readily available from the very friendly team. This place is fascinating to look round, especially when you have heard about it's history and the changes it went through over hundreds of years. Brilliant and amazing value at £4 per person!
  • Well worth a look around.
