  • A beautiful priory well worth a nose around when visiting Lancaster, good views from the surrounding grounds, and as it is adjacent to the castle both historic sites can be viewed in one visit.
  • Very...ermmm... Herby . I think you know what I mean. Careful of needles at the bottom
  • As soon as you come through the door, you can see what an amazing building the Priory is. With the newly restored organ and the candlelabra, concerts held here have a sense of occasion. It also worth noting the Duke of Lancaster standards which are kept in the regimental chapel. The Sunday services are well attended including the 10am parish eucharist and choral evensong at 6.30pm.
  • Very interesting details:-)
