  • On the road between Treen/Porthcurno and Mousehole B3315, about half way along you will pass the Merry Maidens stone circle on your right-hand side. There is limited parking by the ancient monument fo...  more »
  • Amazing to be able to pull off the road, open the gate (or climb over the style) and walk up to, and withing, a stone circle in a farmer's field. Ancient history, scenic views, and so easily seen!
  • Just noticed as we were driving by. Didn't intend visiting but took the opportunity. It's somewhat out of the way and possibly not visited often - was worth a look though - doesn't have the same feeli...  more »

  • Very nice and tranquil place! Beautiful landscape and interesting history. It was not much information at the site so I recommend reading about it before the visit. Easy to find and parking is free. When we visited it was no other people there, a great contrast to Stonehenge where it was crowded.
  • A beautiful setting for these Standing stones. They are magnificent well preserved circle.
  • A lovely perfectly formed stone circle they don't make Em like this anymore as with any circle it can be ruined when you approach and there's people already there my advice is to strip off and start dancing around naked it's soon clears them off.
  • Lovely place and for those whom love "energy flows", just amaizing
  • Lovely compact stone circle. Close to the road. Easy access.
