  • Ideal for walks fresh air, taking photos riding your bike but we decided to go all the way around and was 3 hrs through lots of mud and one puncture. Fun day
  • A great place to walk & cycle round. Food restaurant is reasonably priced and large portions.
  • Great country park that has recently refurbished its restaurant and cafe, along with the adventure playground for the slightly bigger children (ages 5 +). You can walk along the dam ramble in the woods or hire a bike, take a boat ride across the lake or enjoy its outdoor picnic facilities overlooking the lake. Entry for cars is £2 for all day access with other activities being chargeable, such as the boat rides/hire. Great day out with friends and family alike.
  • Excellent recreation facility. NB trails are more suited to mountain bikes than road bikes or cruisers.
  • Lovely lakes and walks. Nice restaurant. Great veiws
