I used to play here every weekend for hours as a child and you used to be able to access most of the castle grounds. Now you can walk over the bridge, through the main gates and that is it, the rest is literally history (for the very small part you can actually see)
It's nice place for having a walk. Good place for your kids lots to do
Good historic 1400s building to visit. Notice boards to give you information about the ruins. A good woodland walk to get there and a beautiful beach also!
Always enjoy visiting here. Beautiful views. Even if it is in Kirkcaldy..
Nice castle, loads of history situation on the beach, quite alot is unfortunately closed off to the public, so can't access about half of it(probably for safety reasons to be fair) worth a visit!
