  • Interesting old church we stopped by and was surprised to find a cafe inside. I love to visit old churches when we travel so we popped in for a look.

  • Really nice cafe inside the church. Reasonably priced and delicious filled rolls, cakes and tarts. So calm and peaceful once you come in and close the doors on the noise and hustle and bustle outside. The restoration and conservation of the church is lovely.
  • Beautiful 12th century church. Organ music. Listening between 11 and 12.15pm on Saturdays. Welcoming cafe. Services: Sundays 8am, 9.30am, 6pm and several during the week too.
  • The church is well maintained, there's a cafe inside. Room for exhibitions, they are showing videos about England's history.
  • Amazing church, where the first English king founded modern England. Large, beautiful, with a Danish organ and if you make a small donation you can take pictures. There is a remembrance book for people died in the First and Second world war.
  • Wonderful building steeped in history. Great and peacful place to get a cup of tea.
