A newer museum, but, in that stage where the initial shine has worn off but it is too soon to do anything. Very good small collection of early motor vehicles. The chemist shop would have been brillian...  more »

Free Admission and easy to reach by foot if already in the City Centre. Lots to see and do. My 9 and 12 year old sons loved the retro games room (Bring lots of 20 pence pieces). Sit on a vintage tram,...  more »

  • I recommend definitely for families. Nice and good place. You can touch and jump in
  • My kids love it here lots for them to see and they can get on some of the buses etc which they love, definitely worth a visit. Could do with a little update given its been the same since I was a kid and I'm almost 30 now lol
  • Brilliant that this museum is free to enter. Went to the toddler play group here which is also free and lots of fun for the kids. Staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Everything very clean and tidy and well kept. Lots of big displays that you can walk onto and interact with. Good for kids any age. Really great place.
  • Free and well designed. Always good for a few hours. Vehicles are mostly‚Äč interactive and contains some interesting history. Don't expect a thrill a minute though. Children enjoy getting on the buses etc., And have taken to it will if you engage with them.
  • A free museum showing different methods of travel used in Hull and else where. It had displays with cars, bikes, trams, a train, and many other things some of which are interactive. The Yorkshire museum is next door which is also well worth a visit and doesn't cost to visit.
