  • Another great free museum in Hull. This one is a hidden gem, right next to the street life museum and Wilberforce museum. There is a lot of history here and probably has the oldest and most...  more »
  • Some really interesting exhibits in this town centre museum. Hulls local fishing industry obviously features but also its Viking heritage is interesting to read. So much to see. Very friendly staff...  more »
  • Never heard of it before my visit, but has to be one of the best museums I have been to of it’s size. Well designed in chronological order, each room reveals more and more treasures. The Roman...  more »
  • Incredible museum. Small on the outside but huge inside. Staff were fantastic and there was so much to see and do. Kept 5 and 2 year old really entertained. Some bits were a little dark and could have done with a bit more light to explore but definitely 5 stars of excellent museum. Recommend to anyone who's not been. We would certainly go back.
  • Only able to spend a short time here, but really interesting place. Lots of different areas depicting various ages of the development of the area. Museum is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside and there are many exhibits. Would like to visit again to see more of this great place.
  • Wonderful opportunity to visit. Great museum with a unique display of artifacts. Good attention to entertainment and engagement with people.
  • Good to walk around but in need of modernisation. More interactive displays for the children would help.
  • Lots to see. Very interesting. Nice to take your time!
