Enjoy rollercoasters, boat rides, train rides, and camping in the natural setting of Wicksteed Park. Make your way around four themed areas. In Arena, thrill yourself on the venue's bigger rides, such as Flying Chairs, Revolving Paratrooper, Ladybird Coaster, and Rocky River Falls log flume. Make sure you're ready to get wet on the watery rides and attractions around Lakeside. Fairground features rides for kids up to the age of 13 or 14, and Playground offers a free jungle gym. Ride the heritage Wicksteed Park Railway around the venue, and pitch a tent in the campground if you want to spend the night. To save time on waiting in line at the entrance, book your tickets online. If you arrive by car, parking costs extra. For travelers who use our online itinerary creator, Kettering holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Wicksteed Park and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

Wicksteed Park Reviews
Not at all impressed. Firstly the majority of the car parking is on grass, which in February has turned to mud. Not only got a filthy car, but walking over the mud was distinctly slippery and therefor... more »

This place is great for a day ut with lots to do including the theme park in the summer. We went with our digs and had a lovely day and well worth the visit. Will definitely return more »
Great place for a day out. Can get very busy summer school holidays but worth a visit. New areas are great and it's good to have age appropriate activities. Regular visitor with my own children in the past and now with grandchildren. It is possible to spend the day without spending any more than your car parking fee. Take a picnic and enjoy the many free parts.
This is a great place for kids of all ages. Lots of open space. Affordable and a choice of activity. I would suggest get there early and do the things which might have queues later and then enjoy the park. We did the zip wire which is very long and I am told travels at 40mph - book the zip online before going. Lots of toilets, bins and others things which you can never find at other places. Helpful staff. Parking was also plentiful and affordable - around £6 for the day.
A very relaxed alternative to many theme parks. Plenty of open space to have a picnic, play games and enjoy the fresh air. A good selection of rides (though not white-knuckle) with short queues and no pressure to spend large sums of money in their retail outlets. Very dog friendly too.
A great day for young kids - almost exactly as I remember it! Yes, it's a bit dated, but for young kids it was great value, next to no queues for rides and plenty to do. We also loved the fish and chips, a pleasant surprise as we thought with a captive audience they would be expensive and not great quality - as it happens they were reasonably priced and really tasty!! Our 5 and 2 year olds loved it!
Nice place for the family to have a picnic and rides. Very relaxed. Great for little ones. Also priced well. Although paying for the car parking is tedious at the end of the day with a long queue . Especially when little ones are tired. Should have contactless card payment on exit to make life easier.
