Been here a few times with my 7 year old, the first time it was a bit 'scary' but she soon got the hang of it! The hard play has lots of tunnels to explore and on this visit my daughter made friends w... read more »

Staff very friendly and charming. (Forget a bag with other shopping, returned after a few hours and they were saving it to us). Very well!!show original
Went ghyll scrambling, lovely tour guide and facilities and the ghyll scrambling was amazing just as I'd remembered it as a child will definitely return and take friends or family with us :) thank you
Keswick has been screaming out for a place like this for years according to my wife, who has been coming to Keswick year in year out for 40 years. The hard play kids area is simple but our 4 yr old twins love it. It is much more challenging than soft play alternatives which my little boy, in particular, loved. He was constantly trying to master different aspects of the play area. Soft play does not offer the same level of challenges, which we never realised until we came to this place. Cafe is OK too. Never tried the proper climbing facilities but they looked decent.
Amazing place, by far best climbing centre we've been too, recommend it whole heartedly for all ages and skill levels. Great range of activities and courses ranging from real ice walls to indoor cave climbing sections, go check this place out for yourselves!
Had a great time here...great for the kids, and adults after hours who like swimming around in pools of plastic balls ;-). There is a great cafe upstairs that does an excellent breakfast too....definitely recommendable and a great deal of variety for outdoor sporty types when the rain is just that bit too hard.
Great place for kids.
Great little climbing wall and not badly priced
