Where to stay in Keswick

Cottages and B&Bs are scattered over the valley, and many offer views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. The town center's Victorian edifices often hide guestrooms that overlook the charming streets. Consider a B&B or inn with views of the hills close to the town center and enjoy the best of both worlds.

  • Best climbing wall I have seen. Kids hard play area is really good. Play area cafe a bit pricey but this place is really good.
  • Great place, lots of climbing including ice wall. there's a caving experience which the kids loved. coffee and tea was nice and they make there own dishes.
  • Good gear with focus on European climbing brands. Not cheap but something different for the well dressed climber.
  • Superb. Sport oriented. Great routes. Also kids entertaiment rooms. Nice food and good vibes.
  • Didn't get to try them but the ice wall and climbing wall looked great. Theres an artificial caving experience too. soft play is really different and eccentric. Food was reasonably priced and decent for this environment. They run various outdoor experiences which sound amazing - Deffo on the 'to do' list. Check them out.
