  • Great view from the perched shed, very fresh seafood (lobster was great), some other local and imported artisanal food, beer avaialable, seating is so-so in terms of comfort and availibility, but over...  more »
  • Up the first slope of the Talisker Distillery, right away. Walking distance. Oysters are famous, but is so famous is lobster. To pay at the cash register at the back is the system going to get because the dishes are ready, pass the receipt of outside cabins in the call. Where to eat (leaked to Jr's), take out is OK. Credit cards can be used. Parking there. A little souvenir.

  • Super fresh seafood at great prices. The scallops were lightly cooked, so the sweetness still shone through. 1/2 a lobster was 8.50 so I ordered a whole one. If you order the langoustines, they will not fill you up. Its more like a tiny appetizer, so I recommend ordering more stuff with it. The good deal is the crab meat in a tub, order that with every order and you will definitely be full! I want to ask Paul if he could have drawn hot butter on the menu for extra charge. I like seafood with butter.
  • Visited on a very rainy day before going to Talisker distillery. Fresh seafood. Chips. Was an experience. It’s not a restaurant so don’t expect such. But definitely worth a visit for the experience.
  • I've had the best oysters and scallops in my life! Amazing local see food experience, do not expect restaurant feel to it, it's a shed and it's great! Also stunning location. Definitely would recommend.
  • This is one of the most unique places I have ever been to! Nothing fancy....it really is just a shed...but wow! The freshness if the seafood and the stunning views make it really special. If you love seafood and simplicity, you better put this spot on your bucket list...
  • The most delicious, delicate scallops of my life. Perfect sweet oysters and thick hearty chips. Very friendly folk, happy to tell their story about how the oyster shed got started. Best meal we had on skye
