Categories: Beaches, Nature & Parks, Outdoor Activities
Inspirock Rating:
4.9/5 based on 35+ reviews on the web
Walk the white sands of Eriskay Beach, where Bonnie Prince Charlie first landed when he arrived for the 1745 rebellion. Now a quiet beach, its clean shores and blue waters make for a great stroll, picnic, or swim. Keep an eye out for the many different shells along the beach. • A slightly passed over (because only) bathing beach, about is moving relatively quickly. We have collected here giant clams, enjoyed the beautiful beach, and marveled at the many people (probably whether the nearby ferry terminal). Well done!

  • Peaceful, tranquil and spectacular. I love the fact that there are not many people there to spoil the surroundings. Truly one of the more special places on this earth.
  • Bonnie Prince Charlies Bay is one of the nicest beaches in the highlands. It is lovely white shell sand. It is safe for children and is lovely to spend some time on.
