  • Good prices and deals for the bowling and the arcade style games, very fun and lots of parking available due to it being next to Morrisons..
  • I had few issues with the ball based ticket machines but luckily when my balls got lodged, the staff got on their hands and knees to help me and dislodge my balls from the shaft they were stuck in to my great relief. I then proceeded to win the monster jackpot with my balls. The sight of thousands of ticket emanating from the slot struck me with a wave of euphoria as it did my boy George, which was only enhanced by the experience of sticking our winnings into another slot. We rejoiced as our ball based battle paid off in droves. It was either this or the bookies and you can't drink at the bookies or make dozens of ball based jokes so definitely a no brainer. The staff were very much impressed with our ball game, we entered this place as peasants and left as kings with an inflatable couch and two spinny toys designed for autistic children, a haul worthy of song and maybe a series of short stories. My name is Aiden Dilkes, and this is my review.
  • The customer service is very very very poor. If something happens with the machines they take ages. They are all very grumpy apart from a few of them. They need to know to turn off the machine if it is faulty. Would not recommend going there. There is a lot of refurbishes that need doing. The lanes are in very poor condition. If you namco people are reading this put a smile on your face and stop being miserable you know who you are. Life is too short to be miserable be grateful you even have a job.
  • If I could provide 0 stars I would. First time at the ally found it dated and a tad grotty. Balls got stuck in the lanes. Staff were rude through out. Lady that served our food accidently (I hope) let some spit from her mouth hit our food while explaining our drinks. Ticket machine in bowling area didn't work and lost our full amount of tickets owed. Air hockey and hammer game did not work properly. Was handed a fake pound coin from a member of staff. Other gaming machines were taking our money and not issuing game credits, when we tried to make the staff and manager aware, manager was dismissive and kept changing his story. STAFF VERY RUDE. Was told to leave when I requested head quarters address and manager/staff details to complain. If you have any sense avoid this place and spend your good cash elsewhere.
  • Great price.. Fun x
