  • Just had a fun day out on this farm. The staff are welcoming, helpful and make time to chat about the animals with visitors. The farm has a relaxed feel, a little scruffy, which I prefer compared to a...  more »

  • A very pleasant place for any age group. Easy walks in farm yard and round paddocks. Wear wellies if it might rain. Path follows a river for a short way. Good selection of the more rarely seen breeds. Well worth a visit. Should be OK for pushchairs and the more ambulant disabled. Wheelchairs OK.
  • A great place to take my daughter!! We packed a picnic to take and she had a great day!! We petted newborn goats and there are plenty of places to explore as well as a lovely tearoom to finish the day off with a couple of gifts and an ice cream.. in beautiful surroundings and very reasonably priced.
  • Lovely place. Very traditional and not too overly polished. Very friendly family feel
  • Great to take children here for a fun morning or afternoon, they'll love all the animals and they'll love feeding them even more. Kids get a bag of food each when they go in and more can be purchased at a very reasonable price. The cafe offers a nice selection of food for both children and adults alike. The car park is a five minute walk from the entrance, turn right out of the car park and keep going over the bridge.
  • Large selection of animals to see with chances to interact with a lot of them with events planned throughout the day. Reasonable entrance pricing. Cafe on site from which you can get standard coffee tea ect. Can also get produce that has been reared on the farm.
