  • Flew into Inverness and picked up at the airport by Ron. That's where our experience began, and he made sure everything was catered for. The bikes were in A1 condition, and perfect for the mixed roads on the NC500. 1st Class customer service, where nothing was too much trouble, and Ron's enthusiasm was clear in making sure our experience from start to finish was memorable. If you have a bike licence, then the NC500 is a must, and this is the only way to do it. Cheers Ron, we will be back.
  • Everything you need to go see and do the NC500. We literally turned up from the airport and Ron gave us a motorbike and all the kit you need to instantly go on your adventure. Professional and easy without the need to come up via the motorway. Trip of a lifetime. Thanks Ron!!!...
  • We have had a great time touring around. We toured with three of Ron's motors and they are top machines! Three days of sun also helped:) Ron is a great host as well picking us up and showing Inverness.
  • Decided we wanted to come up to Scotland on the weekend. Ron dealt with our lack of preparation brilliantly. He had everything ready for us to set off on the Monday morning. Had a great time on a small section of the NC500 from Inverness to Applecross on day one, Skye and back on day 2. Would recommend Ron to anyone wanting to tour the highlands on a bike. The Honda NC700 was perfect for the terrain, Ron's gear held up well to the weather. An excellent trip made all the more enjoyable by using such a friendly and professional service.
  • Easy to book, quick to respond to questions. Picked us up and delivered us back to our apartment. Bike was in great condition and Ron couldn't have been more helpful. All in all a great service which helped to make it an amazing two days of exploring the Highlands on two wheels.

Where to stay in Inverness

You’ll easily find bed and breakfasts and guesthouses convenient to the center of town in Inverness, from the cozy to more large-scale places, often with a view down to the River Ness, which later joins Loch Ness. For more affordable accommodation, look for a few budget hostels, as well as camping and caravan sites. If you've got a car, consider staying just outside the city in a quiet village, where you can explore the city by day and nature by evening. Since this is the largest city in the Highlands, you'll probably be able to find something last minute, but if you have a specific type of accommodtion in mind, it's a good idea to book in advance.
