  • This is a real taste of heaven. There are several large lakes. That house a variety of birds and water fowl. An excellent place to go with the family. Or to walk the dog. There is a very popular Cycle trail. Horse riders enjoy it. You can follow the well maintained paths and reach Shipley park, without having to cross a road. You can walk through woodland and see rabbits having a great time. Or past the golf course. You really are spoilt for choice. There is plenty of parking spaces and it's free. There are benches scattered all around the walks. At the main lake there is also wheelchair friendly picnic tables.
  • A hidden gem for a stroll in the open opportunities to feed the ducks and geese. Beautiful for a sunday morning stroll with the grandchildren.

  • A lovely kept place with a free car park. Lots of birds to see and feed or just for a nice walk around a large pond. Having left your car here you can join the Nutbrook trail either towards Shipley Park or the River Trent by walking or cycling
  • Nice place for a walk and a picnic, lots of ducks and swans to watch and feed.
