  • Very very unclean and dusty tables are sticky and sofas have bits down the side everything needs a clean it's disgusting
  • Needs a clean.it's absolutely filthy.the climbing areas have never been cleaned.a display cabinet displaying footballs and trophys is covered in accumulated filth.the food is abysmal with service to match(forgotten orders and the inability to listen to an order being given)the coffee is weak and tastes of fertiliser. Clean the entire place change the menu and train/change the staff.
  • Seriously need to get their game on when it comes to football coaching at the weekend and in the school holidays. The football scheme is really bad, to the point that they only use one court for football now-a-days. I have a drawer full of the zone t-shirts which to me is a waste of money as the only time my kids ear them is when they have finished a 2 day course. Your kids can't go in a light coloured football kit as the tiny black rubber balls stain them and you can't even get the stains out in a 60 degree wash. The training staff are so not motivated and on a couple of occasions i have had to complain about the lack of interest in the kids whilst training them. The used to hand out mars bars to the team that won on the day, they don't do these anymore. although mars bars are unhealthy you could of thought of a better inncentive. They have also cut the number of throphies the kids get after a 2 day tournament!! really the zone needs to sort out their act. It could have so much potential but instead it wants to stick to it's ways.
