  • Half ruins. Set in the centre of Howden. Well kept. Parking alongside. The church was locked on our visit.  more »

  • This site of the remains of the Minster. Yet attached is a functioning church, of similar age and containing many interesting elements. Including; excellent glass windows.
  • A stunning 13th century church with spectacular stained glass from the medieval period through to the 1950s.

  • Howden Minster is a lovely old church. Full of history from its initial build, to Cromwell's troops housing horses in the church, the Prince bishops and their Palace, Howden' s own saint, and the huge Horse fairs of the past. Well worth a visit.
