  • Popped in for a quick look around. Mainly looked at children's books for under 5s, the selecton available was largely factual. Cosy play area tho. The cafe was busy and looked good although we didn't ...  more »
  • Good books. Great coffee and lovely cakes. Selection of books. Cheap. Worth a visit. Smells musty but it is a book barn after all!!  more »

  • Great selection of books, only £1each. Easy free parking. All one level. Nice café.
  • This place is great for whiling away as much time as you have to spare; there's a labyrinth of books and all for £1. The books are sorted by category and by letter, but not sorted 'within' the letter. For example, all Fiction under Author A is together, but there's no sorting after that. So if you want to find something by Edward Abbey, you may well have to look at the spine of every book within A. Still, a great place to go hunting!
  • What an amazing space! Those books.....mind-boggling. .....crafts on display.........inspiring......food n drink....yummy....squishy couches......gorgeous! Could live there!
  • Fantastic place, love it with a passion! A huge warehouse full of secondhand books, all £1 each, and a lovely little tea room with wi-fi and sofas to relax on. Knowledgeable staff. Children's section. Wonderful!
  • Exactly as it is called a large barn like building filled to the brim in mainly second hand books and a small selection of antique ones as well. A nice little café and washroom facilities also contained within. Ample parking and disabled entrance with available wheelchairs if needed. A good place to visit if you go through a lot of books!
