  • Always a wonderful day out. The original Capability Brown gardens being renovated, a wonderfully historic house now fully accessible and the story about how the UK developed airborne radar and the first automatic landing system here. The first ever automatic landing was fine at Crome.
  • Like the RAF Defford exhibition and the gardens. The house was disappointing as it had little character left. It needs a lot of work to restore it to its former glory and I was not a fan of the "art" work put in empty plaster bare rooms to fill the space and provide a quick stop gap for the public to look at. Not my type of National Trust property at all.
  • Magnificent grounds (never actually been in the house) with great panoramic views and some lovely walks. Good for kids too but not so much pushchairs. Nice play area. Decent cafe. Lots of free parking. Recommended.
  • Stunning NT property and grounds. Lancelot Brown landscaped park with stunning views all around. The lake looks perfect from every angle!
  • Great as is very local to us plus plenty of parking spaces and is always busy. Once on site there is plenty of space to walk and not be feeling crowded.
