  • We had a exclusive hire birthday party yesterday which was amazing! The GM could not do enough for us and had an amazing attitude! I never went to Play Planet before after all the bad press with the previous owners however anyone who has a bad experience before then please you must go back and give it another try! I cannot thank the staff enough for their help yesterday! I am also booking another party there very soon for my other child! Thanks again guys!
  • I love this place. So much to do. For kids from baby up to early secondary school. They have an activity co-ordinator some days, where you can do messy play as well as other fun things. They have a toddler and baby area which is great as big kids dont get in the way. They have an interactive floor projector its like the nintendo wii on steroids lol. The cafe is so reasonable. A great family visit. Will be a regular for sure.
  • We had a fantastic night last night - Steve and Rach were brilliant hosts - they created a really relaxed atmosphere and made sure that we got the most out of the event. The equipment and facilities are excellent - would recommend hiring the place for a private party. We have never had more fun doing anything and will definitely be back (even if it's just for a chance for the blue team to get revenge!)
  • its a marvellous my daghters pleading to have her party there
  • Fantastic place. This was my first ever visit to Play Planet, from the moment we (myself and my two girls 5 & 9) stepped into the secure entrance we were greeted with kind and knowledgeable staff, after signing in, and paying £5 a head for the children only (very reasonable considering we stayed for over 3 hours) the kids ran riot around the well equipped multi layer soft play arena. I was able to allow my children free and safe reign whilst I sipped endless latte's on comfy sofas with other friendly and 'relaxed' parents and carers. When my children eventually surfaced it was for food, I ordered from a surprisingly comprehensive menu that tailored for small and large tums and all in between with a range covering popular snacks to hearty comfort food ( check the website for current menu ), which was very tasty and very promptly brought to our table despite being the midday lunch rush. It has a sizeable restaurant area. I was very impressed with cleanliness of the facilities, toilets, nappy change area, restaurant and kitchen .'5' rated for hygiene. Well done to all the team at Play Planet for making our rainy day lots of fun! Stuart.
