  • Great multi screen cinema with a costa in it so you can get a reasonable priced coffee with your film. Good selection of films.
  • More expensive than other cinemas but has the best screens and sound systems and has a good variety of films, very busy though. The staff were ok nothing special
  • Last minute decision to go and see a were priced as to be expected... but I still don't understand why they have to make their concessions so expensive, 2 drinks and 2 popcorn were pr...  read more »
  • Amazing customer service from the team today and manager Josh after my tickets being randomly cancelled!! This issue was resolved in a very professional manner and means there is going to be a very happy little girl next Saturday! ! Thank you Josh and the team ☺
  • Great improvement on the old cinema. Comfortable seating, more space, 3d cinema. Quite expensive but this is the film companies not the cinemas that set this.
  • Totally incompetent staff who seem to make up rules as they see fit and are not familiar with the BBFC regulations regarding film classifications. My 13 year old daughter and her friend were today denied access to a 12A film, having been advised by TWO members of staff that 12A means 12 year olds must be accompanied. This is completely false. According to the BBFC: "The 12A requires an adult to accompany any child UNDER 12 seeing a 12A film at the cinema. This is enforced by cinema staff and a cinema may lose its license if adult accompaniment is not enforced for children UNDER 12 admitted to a 12A film."
  • It's great to finally have a decent cinema in Hereford. I found the staff to be accommodating and helpful. The one downside is the price of food and drink. Very expensive and if you are a family of four, could well double the cost of seeing a film. £4.50 for a plain hotdog and a stale roll. Am going again this afternoon, but am stocking up on sweets at the supermarket next door.
  • Cinema was nice enough, staff member who served us was very nice , this place is so expensive that even the person who served me looked like he felt bad for me when he told me the price , it's a real shame that this will be a once a year thing for us because of the price ! 2 adults and 2 children and a family meal deal just under 43.00 the same cinema in Telford would have cost 13.00 less it takes us an hour and 10 mins to get there and 50 mins to Hereford you also have the charge for parking to consider this is the reason people watch pirate dvd and I should think that some people would just never come here because they can't afford it its just a shame that these people have become so greedy !
