  • Visited New Year's Day, two families with kids. Rental skates were so dull they were dangerous. Would definitely not recommend.

  • An excellent experience. I came along this afternoon (Sat 12th Nov 11am-12.30pm) with my 5 year old daughter and her friend and both of us were on the ice for the first time. I want to mention the fantastic support and help and encougement from one of your helpers. I think his name was Jay, who was amazing! Whilst my 5 year old took to the ice with her penguin with no fear I on the other hand was a quivering wreck! But he helped and stayed with me all the time and was an amazing support. We'll definately come back.
  • Great activity for a warm summer's day. Not too crowded and the stewarts are really helpfull and friendly.
  • Visited and went ice skating. Reply enjoyed it
  • Skates were rather blunt, however being an amateur it didn't make too much of a difference. The gentleman who is supposed to be "happy to help" going by the name of Jay; was indeed not happy to help, and was rather rude with how he handled us as customers. Very unapproachable- to the point I felt uncomfortable in asking for my shoes back afterwards. Ergo this establishment has earnt in my books 2 stars. Might we suggest Jay goes on a communication course in order to help him interact with other human beings?
  • Tried to buy ticket to an event; web page broken. Tried their (automated) phone line: got cut off - twice :(
