Excellent staff and the Owl experience was superb, I highly recommend this to anyone...
This is a newly-built and fantastic birds of prey centre, situated in the glorious parkland which surrounds the house in Duncombe Park. It is run by a dedicated and most enthusiastic team of specialists who present thrilling flying demonstrations three times a day. The collection of birds is second to none in the north of England, ranging from the tiniest of burrowing owls to majestic Steller's sea eagles. The centre is well laid-out with plenty of room for relaxing at picnic tables and benches, and entry to the centre also includes access to the extensive Duncombe Park gardens. But the flying demonstrations, accompanied by informative and humorous commentary, are not to be missed. Special events and courses are run throughout the season, including owl evenings, photography courses and an annual Raptor Fair. It's a great day out and fantastic value for money.
Great experience for everyone. Really well laid out and very well informed staff. Will visit again.
Fantastic. Great day out. Thoroughly recommend. Entertaining and instructive. Friendly and helpful staff. The birds are real stars..!
