  • A must to feel the atmosphere of this castle , to take you back in time and leave you with the feeling that the spirits of the past are still there . It is an experience to go there.
  • A great location for a day out despite the dark history of the castle. We had a great time exploring the castle and grounds and lucked out for a beautiful day.
  • A sanctuary and fortress or a place of terror and fear depending on whose side you were deemed to be on. Good info boards and guide book. The pit is particularly gruesome if you think about being placed in it!Go walking by the river and up to the chapel. This place is atmospheric with its very own creepy energy.
  • I am an Elliott.
