  • Beautiful cream tea and very friendly welcome. Walked up from Hartland Village took about 30 minutes. We look forward to visiting again .  more »
  • Found the cafe completely by surprise. The cream tea was excellent with huge scones and plenty of cream and jam. The staff/owners were extremely friendly and provided us with a tour of their camp site...  more »

  • Quiet haven, great organic food, lovely scenery, low-key but beautiful gardens, very welcoming proprietors with an obvious stake in making this family business a success. Deserve all the support they can get. Set in the Hartland point area - a great contrast to the commercialism of Clovelly.
  • Amazing gardens and lovely lunch spot. Very relaxed and friendly.
  • I really like Cheristow Lavender. It's tucked away in a very beautiful part of Devon and is the perfect place to visit and relax either inside or outside. The cream teas have novel lavender products that are well worth trying and the shop has some really nice stuff in it. If it's a fine day, there's a nice meadow for the kids to run in as well as farm animals for them to see and the lavender beds are full of bees. Definitely worth a visit as it's a little gem.
  • Great tea room a must visit if your in the area
