Tiny shop with lovely staff with full of Winnie the Pooh goods. There is a small cafe which is inexpensive to have tea and cakes less than 30 pounds for 4 people. If you are big fan of Winnie the Pooh... more »
I didn't realise that Hartfield was the home of Pooh but this little place put that right. It's a shop, cafe and info centre rolled into one. I got a lovely waterproof leaflet that told me how to get ... more »
Adorable shop and such a special place for Winnie the Pooh fans of all ages! We loved the shop and enjoyed the sandwiches, scones and tea. Ordered the Pooh sandwich for kids--it's Pooh shaped with bear shaped crisps. The food is good value for the money. There's a little outdoor seating area but I heard wasps can be an issue. It's still a pretty garden. I'm only sad that we didn't get to meet the original owner but am so glad we took an excursion to visit. Thank you for cute places like Pooh Corner! We made sure to pick up unique Pooh Corner t-shirts, bags and little souvenirs and gifts. I rarely write reviews but couldn't resist leaving one for this gem of a store. It's only minutes from the Pooh Car Park (search Pooh Car Park on Google Maps to find the nearest parking to Pooh Bridge), and Pooh Sticks Bridge is about a 20 min easy hike from the parking lot.
Lovely staff, huge portions! They make a good cup of coffee. Only downside is that they microwave their Cornish pasties, which is punishable by hanging.
Great friendly place to stop for a bite to eat. Great food at reasonable prices. The best porkpie with piccalilli i've had for a long time!! Recommended place to stop for food and gifts before/after visiting pooh bridge.
Good shop for fans. Not much space in cafe so pick a quiet time if you want tea at Pooh Corner.
Really Nice place, the staff are really nice and friendly. Recommend visiting when the weather is nice. Decent food, fair price and generous portions. Loads of Winnie the Pooh paraphernalia so if you like Winnie the Pooh it's worth visiting. Parents: Pooh Corner is great for kids, they also have proper high chairs, it can get a little cramped for big pushchairs inside but outside is fine. only bad thing during the summer there are loads of bees because of the fowers in the garden but that being said you can always sit inside. If you are thinking of going sight seeing at the other Winnie the Pooh location be aware that it is not pushchair friendly would recommend a baby carrier or an outdoor type pushchair corouldn't recommend going if it was raining cause there are hills and gets muddy and slippery.
