  • My daughter loves the swimming here. The pool is always warm and the staff are good. The Flumes are great fun. My only gripes are that parking can be a nightmare and when it's busy you might need to wait a bit for the showers.
  • Big thanks to Ross the Manager. My partner was swimming with a mask (can't use just goggles for medical reasons) and was asked to remove due to regulations. Ross assessed the situation and made a common sense decision. This is why he is in this position. Well done. My girlfriend is not sneezing continually. Thank you.
  • Good swimming pool for all ages. Quite impressed with my visit here. A good sized regular pool. For 1 to 3 yr olds the pirate ship area looks great. For older kids the flume, slide and tunnel are good. The warm area with spa bath is nice too.
  • Great place to go with your friends, great pool and slides just wish I got to spend more time in the pool before one of the staff members made us extremely uncomfortable by staring us up and down everywhere we went and following us around the different pool areas, previously there were a couple of younger children annoying us but we just ignored it, later on she went on to ask us to remove ourselves from the pool without giving us a reason which left my friends and I confused as to what we had done wrong and as we were leaving the pool she waited at the top of the pool stairs and stared us out. As we were getting our things out the locker she walked past us and told us to "hurry up and get out" so we got changed and waited up the stairs in the cafe for my mum to come and pick us up. We told my mum about what happened so she went in and spoke to the manager as we weren't in the pool for long and we had payed money to stay in the pool for however long we wanted, the manager went down the stairs to speak to the member of staff involved and she lied about everything to make it her word against ours. My friends and I were shocked as we thought with her being an adult she wouldn't have been so childish about the situation. She told him we swore to the younger children and told them we said we were going to batter them which neither of us did. She also said my younger brother came up to her and said that my friend and I were talking about her which we didn't do and I know my younger brother well enough to know he would never do that to me, he isn't good at talking to people he doesn't know and we were disgraced when the manager came up and told us all of this. We let it slide this time but she had no right to tell us to get out of the pool if we had payed money to get in and had done nothing wrong.
  • Discriminate against single parents. I drove from falkirk with my kids 2 and 5 and was refused entry because I required a 2nd adult. Absolutely disgusting imo.
