  • Excellent small kids area and slides for the 'big kids'. Plenty of family changing facilities. Very cheap carpark fee, but not many spaces.
  • Well the water palace has a swimming pool. Gym.sauna.steam room.and jacuzzi as well as plumes for the kids and a small pool for the kids.good place to take the little one's too
  • Hamilton Water Palace is a demonstration that when a local council put their mind to it they can do a great job. For the kids there is a smashing Pirate Kiddies pool, a flume and the large poo, itself ...  read more »
  • Big thanks to Ross the Manager. My partner was swimming with a mask (can't use just goggles for medical reasons) and was asked to remove due to regulations. Ross assessed the situation and made a common sense decision. This is why he is in this position. Well done. My girlfriend is not sneezing continually. Thank you.
  • Good swimming pool for all ages. Quite impressed with my visit here. A good sized regular pool. For 1 to 3 yr olds the pirate ship area looks great. For older kids the flume, slide and tunnel are good. The warm area with spa bath is nice too.
  • Fresh, fun, reasonably good value. Rapids are the best; kids love the Pirate Ship
  • Great place , has loads to do for the kids rather than just pools. Feel as though the staff ruin it for the kids as this was my first visit and all I seen all day were staff getting in at kids for different things I understand diving and other things should be stopped but I seen some boys being told to behave for messing around jumping on each other's backs etc was really uncalled for also my 10 year old son out his finger over one of the wee holes squirting water to direct it at me and his younger sister and was told not too and I feel that adults or children over 10 aren't allowed on the pirate ship is silly I understand they should go down the shoot etc but I myself and my 10 year old son were stopped from helping my 2 year old daughter get up and go down the shoot witch then resulted in an older kid pushing past her and her falling backwards down the steps and bursting her mouth open . Place looks great but could be much more fun if staff calmed down a bit and let kids be kids also feel parents should be allowed to help there kids I drove over an hour to come and see what it was like but really disappointed.
  • Could be improved and maintained better but overall a good swimming pool
