  • The play area is fairly decent but the one negative, was that it was let down badly by having a slide you couldn't actually slide down. I'm guessing it may get polished periodically in the day, I'm no...  more »
  • First visit here with my 2 year old. It was a Monday morning and pretty quiet. He loved it. Lots for him to explore. I was happy that it was nice and clean and spacious. Thought it was reasonably pric...  more »

  • Fantastic. Clean, lots of seating, friendly staff and two age related kids soft play areas with climbing, slide, balls, big bricks etc. Not too strict lots of adults helping little kids on the big area. Fantastic range on the menu, good prices and amazingly delicious! Free WiFi.
  • Firstly, very reasonable price, great food, PLENTY to keep the kids active and entertained. HOWEVER...a child had an accident on the play frame (it happens!), and despite a member of staff being told, it took in excess of 10 minutes before anyone acted on it, this allowing many children to land in a puddle at the foot of the slide. Hygiene, health and safety should be paramount at places like this, their reputations ride on it! Even when it was tended to, I watched a staff member from the food service counter make a half hearted attempt to clean up with some blue paper towel and some sort of spray, with out any gloves on! I don't mean to denigrate, but I can't help winter how many other accidents haven't been tended to quickly, or even at all. Needless to say, I'm not going back.
  • Great indoor play centre. And they have laser tag as well. Friendly staff and great for kids birthday parties.
  • my son adores this place just be careful in kids holidays it does get busy
  • Staff are friendly and welcoming and always smiling. You never see them sitting still, either they are either serving you at the little cafe or they are cleaning up. Tables are cleared away and they even scrub the carpets, and wipe the chairs down. There's a good sense of teamwork between the staff too. The food served there is tasty and nutritious and a really good choice of options too, there's something for everyone. Even the cakes are homemade. The equipment is clean with plenty of little areas to amuse, entertain and exhaust your little ones. But don't worry, you can join in too! There is no problem with adults joining in on the fun - and honestly, who wouldn't want to join in playing? Just remember to wear socks or take some with you so you can join in! The toilets are really clean and monitored regularly, they even have a low level toilet for your little one if you've got the potty training down. I can't keep my daughter, who's 2 and a half, away from here. And honestly, this is one of the few places I actually enjoy taking her to. There are a few negatives, the first being the little temper tantrum that she throws because she doesn't want to leave and the second is that I'm absolutely shattered when I get home and need a nap myself (which isn't necessarily a bad thing!). Can't recommend this place any higher.
